The NSW State Titles are held over the June long-weekend each year. The venue of the titles moves each year and is hosted by each of the member Associations in rotation.
The Titles involve the Men's Representative sides from the following Associations:
Hunter Christian Churches Football
Illawarra Churches Soccer Association
Christian Football Association Blue Mountains
Central Coast Christian Football Association
The NSW State Men's side is selected from the players taking part in this tournament.
